Although there are maintenance and care guidelines you should follow at home (see our Rug Care Guide) we don't recommend washing your rugs at home, use steam cleaning or dry cleaning methods whether at home or off-site by those offering these cleaning services.
Deep dusting is an important step in the washing process and is not included at cleaners offering on-site surface washing, low moisture, steam or dry cleaning and other non-water immersion rug cleaning services.
